Investing in massage is an investment in your health.
Therapeutic Massage : The most common relaxation massage. Long fluid strokes will help relax muscle tissue and increase circulation. Great for anyone looking to relax and let go of stress.
Deep Tissue Massage: This type of massage will go deep into the underlying muscle layers to release tension and adhesions. Not recommened for the first time massage client.
*Hot Stone Massage: A very relaxing yet therapeutic & healing massage. Warm, smooth basalt stones will be warmed and used directly on your body allowing the heat to penetrate deep into the muscles. The heat will melt tension out of the muscles by increasing circulation. This allows the therapist to use deeper pressure and get results faster. *Small additional fee.
*Cupping Massage: A modern twist on an ancient technique. Negative pressure is applied to the body using plastic vacuum cups. This pressure lifts the connective tissues up which then creates space to increase blood flow of oxygen and nutrients to adhesions. This technique also pulls inflammation out of underling tissues and allows tension to release.
Pregnancy Massage: A massage designed specifically for the expecting mother. A full body massage focused on relieving tension from low back pain, swollen ankles and great for the baby too. When mom is relaxed, baby gets more blood flow and nutrients.

Thai Yoga Bodywork: A gentle series of passive yogalike stretches performed on a futon thai mat on the floor. The recipient is fully clothed in loose comfortable clothing and the therapist works with the body in conjunction with your breathing and rhythmic rocking to assist in various stretches to improve flexibility and body awareness. Generally, in a full session the client will be asked to lie supine (on back), sidelying, as well as prone (face down), to effectively execute the stretches. The passive nature of the bodywork allows the client to potentially experience a deeper stretch than yoga done alone.
